Whether you're saving for school fees, business capital, a major purchase, or simply building a savings culture, the Adashe Club is designed with you in mind. We understand the power of collective savings, and we've created a system that is transparent, fair, and rewarding.

This document serves as your complete guide to understanding how the Adashe Club works. Please read it carefully, and don't hesitate to reach out with any questions.

1) Our commitment

At I.T Magnify Adashe Club, we operate on three core principles:

Transparency

Every contribution and payout is tracked. You can see your progress at any time.

Fairness

A strict rotation determines the payout queue. No favoritism, no shortcuts.

Security

Your funds are managed with integrity. We maintain a guarantee pool to protect the group.

2) Our promise

We will never change the rules without giving you advance notice.
We will always be available to answer your questions.
We will work tirelessly to ensure every member receives their payout on time.

3) How the Adashe Club works

At I.T Magnify Adashe Club, we operate on four core principles:

You join by paying a non-refundable registration fee valid for 6 months, depending on the algorithm selected.
You contribute a fixed amount on a regular schedule (daily, weekly, or monthly).
You receive a lump sum payout when your turn arrives in the queue.
You continue contributing until the cycle is complete.

4) Key Terms

Cohort

A group of members who join at the same time and follow the same contribution schedule.

Queue

The order in which members receive their payout: first in, first out.

Cycle

The full period from when a cohort starts until every member has received a payout.

Contribution

The amount you pay on each due date.

Payout

The lump sum you receive when your turn arrives.

5) Algorithm Options

We currently offer three proven savings algorithms. Each is designed to suit different income levels and savings goals.

Algorithm 1 – The "Daily Bread" (Recommended for Beginners)

-Cohort Size: 35 members

-Weekly Collection: ₦49,000

-Payout Frequency: 7 members receive ₦7,000 each, every week

-Cycle Duration: 5 weeks

-Total Contributed: ₦7,000 (5 weeks × ₦1,400/week)

-Payout Received: ₦7,000

Algorithm 2 – The "Saver Pack" (For Higher Returns)

-Cohort Size: 50 members

-Weekly Collection:₦50,000

-Payout Frequency: 2 members receive ₦25,000 each, every week

-Cycle Duration: 25 weeks

-Total Contributed: ₦25,000 (25 weeks × ₦1,000/week)

-Payout Received: ₦25,000

Algorithm 3 – The "Double Salary Booster" (For Workers & Business Owners)

-Contribution: ₦20,000 every month

-Cohort Size: 20 members

-Monthly Collection:₦400,000

-Payout Frequency: 2 members receive ₦200,000 each, every month

-Cycle Duration: 10 months

-Total Contributed: ₦200,000 (10 month × ₦20,000/month)

-Payout Received: ₦200,000

Quick payout - You are guaranteed to be paid within 10 months maximum.

This algorithm is perfect for salaried workers and small business owners with a steady monthly income who want to double their savings in a short time. It's designed to give quick, substantial payouts while keeping contributions low.

We are developing additional algorithms to suit more diverse needs. You will be notified when these become available.

6) Member Benefits

When you join the I.T Magnify Adashe Club, you unlock more than just savings.

Exclusive network - Members get access to a private WhatsApp group and Discord channel for networking and receiving updated information.

7) Registration and Fees

RegistrationFee?

Low Income earners (Algorithm 1 & 2) - ₦500 (Non-refundable).
High Income earners (Algorithm 3) - ₦1000 (Non-refundable).

What does the fee cover?

Guarantee pool to protect the group against defaults.
Administrative costs.
Access to member benefits (Free educational content and discounts)

Validity period

Your membership is valid for 6 months from the date of registration. After 6 months, your account expires and must be renewed to gain access to payouts.

To renew, simply pay a renewal fee (₦500 for low‑income, ₦1,000 for high‑income) and your membership is reactivated for another 6 months.

8) Contributions

How much to pay

(Algorithm 1) - ₦200 (Daily).
(Algorithm 2) - ₦1,000 (Weekly).
(Algorithm 3) - ₦20,000 (Monthly)

When to pay

(Algorithm 1) - Every day on or before 10 pm
(Algorithm 2) - Every week (Sunday) on or before 10 pm
(Algorithm 3) - Every month with grace periods of +2 days

Notifications will be sent daily, weekly, or monthly through our official WhatsApp groups and Discord channel.

How to pay

Automated Debit (Recommended) – The system automatically deducts your contribution on the due date. This removes the risk of forgetting.

Terms and conditions apply - (Algorithm 1 & 2), 1.5% included, (Algorithm 3), 1.5% + ₦100 included

Manual Transfer – You can also transfer manually to the designated I.T Magnify account. Please send proof of payment to the group admin for confirmation.

9) Payouts

How payouts work

Queue Order – Members are paid in the order they joined (first in, first out). New members are placed at the end of the queue.
Confirmation – You will receive a WhatsApp notification 48 hours before your payout date.

Payout schedule

(Algorithm 1) - 7 members paid weekly (₦7,000 each)
(Algorithm 2) - 2 members paid weekly (₦25,000 each)
(Algorithm 3) - 2 members paid monthly (₦200,000 each)

Payout disbursement

Funds are sent to your registered bank account within 24 hours of your payout date.

Payout verification

Before payout, the admin will verify your bank details. Please ensure your details are up-to-date during registration.

10) Defaults and Penalties

We understand that life happens. However, to protect all members, we have a clear penalty system.

Algorithm 1

First Missed Payment – You receive a warning + 24‑hour grace period.
Missed payment (over 48hrs) – ₦200 fine + move to back of queue.

Note: Fine must be paid before the next contribution or deducted from future payout

3 missed payments in a row – Risk removal + 20% forfeiture to cover administrative costs and compensate other members + refund 80% of total contributions + banned from future Adashe Club cycles.

Note: Subject to intervention from your guarantor

Algorithm 2

Post-Payout Default

If you receive your payout and then stop paying your remaining contributions:

I.T Magnify will send a legal warning + file a dispute with your bank/mobile money provider + publicly list your name as a defaulter + legally recover the funds.
Carry out rescue intervention with your guarantor.

Exceptional actions

In some circumstances, I.T Magnify reserves the right to initiate the following:

Partial Payout – To protect the group, we pay 70% immediately. The remaining 30% is held until you complete all your contributions.
Eligibility clause – A member must have made at least 50% of their total contributions before becoming eligible for a payout.

11) Guarantor System

Why a guarantor?

To strengthen trust and reduce defaults, every member must nominate one active member as their guarantor during the eligibility check process.

How it works

The guarantor agrees to cover one or two missed payments per cycle on your behalf.
If you default and your guarantor does not cover the missed payment, both you and your guarantor are penalized.
If your guarantor is removed from the scheme, you must nominate a new guarantor within 7 days to maintain your eligibility status.

Who can be a guarantor?

Must be an active member of the Adashe Club.
Must be a person of high integrity with a verifiable source of income.
Must have been in the scheme for at least 2 weeks and be a familiar figure to the I.T Magnify team.
Must agree to the role voluntarily.

12) Frequently Asked Questions

❓ What if I miss a payment due to an emergency?

Contact the admin immediately – we may grant a one‑time grace period. However, repeated missed payments will incur penalties.

❓ Can I withdraw my contributions early?

No. The Adashe Club is a rotating savings scheme – early withdrawals disrupt the cycle. If you leave early, you will receive 80% of your total contributions (20% forfeited to cover administrative costs).

❓ How do I know my place in the queue?

The queue is transparently managed by the I.T Magnify Adashe Club administrative team. You can check your position at any time by contacting the admin or using a dedicated link.

13) Terms and Conditions

Eligibility

By clicking the "Proceed" button below, you formally consent to initiate the Adashe Club eligibility verification process. You acknowledge that this process requires the submission of accurate and complete documentation as requested. Upon receipt of all required materials, Adashe Club will communicate your eligibility status via the contact information you provided. While we endeavor to process all applications within forty-eight (48) working hours, this timeframe may change based on application volume or the need for additional verification. Failure to submit the required documents within the stipulated period may result in the automatic termination of your application.

Membership Acceptance

By completing the registration process and paying the prescribed membership fee, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as any ancillary policies referenced herein.

Contribution Obligations

You undertake to make all scheduled contributions strictly in accordance with the stipulated timelines and amounts outlined in your approved contribution plan. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that funds are available on the due dates.

Defaults and Penalties

You accept full liability for the applicable penalty framework should you fail to meet your contribution obligations. The specific penalties and enforcement procedures are detailed in the Penalty Schedule attached to this policy.

Guarantor Requirement

You are required to nominate a valid guarantor as a condition of membership. Your application will not proceed to final approval until your nominated guarantor provides explicit, documented consent to act in that capacity.

Payout Disbursement Mechanism

You consent to the partial payout structure, whereby 70% of the total contribution sum is disbursed immediately upon the maturity of your cycle. The remaining 30% is retained and shall be released to you only upon the successful fulfillment of all outstanding obligations and administrative clearance.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be escalated to the Group Administrator for preliminary resolution. While the administrator's initial decision is binding pending review, it is appealable to a three‑member elected Appeals Committee. All appeals must be lodged in writing within five (5) business days of the Administrator's decision.

Policy Amendments

I.T Magnify reserves the unilateral right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions. Members will be notified of any changes via their registered contact details (email/portal) at least fourteen (14) calendar days before the effective date of such changes. Continued participation following the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
